PRODUCTION TRAINER

(Batam – Riau Island)

Responsibilities :

•     To set training module/ method to support production
•     Developing new training or methods of training for up-grade human quality
•     Trains & teach assembly and production workers in the classroom
•     Monitoring, visit & audit the workers at works station for ensuring no wrong process/ system committed by workers.
•     Data documentation

Requirements :

•     Senior High School with more than 10 years experience/ Minimum Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in training & development people
•     Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
•     Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•     Able to speak, read and write in English
•     Have strong leadership skill, Innovative and creative
•     Proficient to do presentation
